The Procurement and Supplier Quality Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans (MP) at the Sindelfingen site is the driving force behind the global purchasing and quality activities for the cars and vans of the Mercedes-Benz brand. We are responsible for the strategic design and operational implementation of global procurement activities and material group strategies. Our goal is to optimize the entire value chain and unlock significant cost-cutting potentials to ensure the success of our products worldwide. Within this dynamic environment, the series management acts as a central interface. It coordinates all processes that are crucial for the successful market launch of our future vehicle models on the purchase and quality side. This includes a close and regular coordination with the strategic project management as well as with our cross-functional partners from development, quality, sales, logistics, controlling and cost planning. In addition, the series management is responsible for coordinating localisation volumes for our production plants on four continents – a task that requires global networking and precision. Your tasks – challenges that will inspire you: Active support in strategically important new product projects that shape the future of Mercedes-Benz Participation in the cross-departmental coordination of activities between development, quality, production, suppliers and aftersales to ensure a smooth project run Responsible handling of exciting work packages within the series management Professional data processing for the project management to enable sound decisions on new products and changes in the current series Comprehensive support of the team in day-to-day business, for example in the creation of decision templates or the further development and optimization of our processes The activity can begin from September 2026.

Your profile – What you bring: A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree course Basic knowledge in the fields of purchasing and material management is advantageous and facilitates entry Excellent PC/EDV identifiers in all common application programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) German and English knowledge in word and writing A motivated and independent way of working, coupled with high reliability and self-sure appearance High commitment, strong commitment and strong team capacity to achieve success together Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
