Continuous development of processes and quality standards in software development. Central contact for specialist areas, stakeholders and project managers to coordinate technical feasibility. Targeted team and employee development through regular feedback talks and mentoring. Strategic participation: You control the long-term technology roadmap and take responsibility for scaling our product landscape. Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification with several years of well-founded professional experience. Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees as well as the pleasure of mentoring and coaching developers. Entrepreneurship: You not only have the technology in mind, you understand economic relationships and have the drive to advance SKILLQUBE as a whole. You understand KI (LLMs) not only as a buzzword, but you are already actively using it as a tool to increase the code quality and development speed – and you know how to establish this mindset in the team. Experience in managing agile software projects (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to understand technological complexity for stakeholders.
