We are the central contact person for all questions about management and support of HAMBURG WASSER-IT client systems and Devices. Our tasks include installation, configuration and updating of operating systems, applications and Drivers as well as ensuring IT security. We also take care to provide and maintain hardware and periphery, such as for example Notebooks, monitors, printers, smartphones and tablets.

Strategic Responsibility: Design and further development IT client infrastructure in line with corporate objectives and

• requirements. Architecture & Standards: Definition and establishment of Architecture standards and best practices for client systems with focus on Consistency, scalability, availability, security and efficiency. Technology selection: evaluation and selection of suitable technologies, Platforms and tools for client infrastructure as well as security smooth integration into the existing IT landscape. Project Responsibility: Technical leadership in implementing Client infrastructure projects and close cooperation with Programme and project management. Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer: Support and technical assistance Technical colleagues: active mentoring, promotion of Knowledge transfer and strengthening of technical excellence in the team.

· Complete study of the field of computer science or comparable Knowledge and skills · High expertise in architecture and design Workplace solutions (for example Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Enterprise) Mobility Management, Client Virtualization, Client Management, SCCM and Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID) · Multiannual experience and sound expert knowledge in Provision, operation and further development of modern Client landings in the Microsoft-On-Premises and Cloud environment · Extensive experience in project management and service management is of advantage ·Expressed analytical skills, communication strength and Own initiative · Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
