Preparation of various beers, beer mixes and alcohol-free beverages Examination of the quality of raw materials, auxiliaries and materials Monitoring the production process and eliminating disturbances Implementation of quality controls Operation of filling systems Cleaning and disinfection of machinery and equipment

Well-qualified middle school graduation, medium maturity or abitur Good grades in mathematics and science subjects Craft skills and technical skills Physical loadability
