As part of Mercedes-Benz AG, the company manages sales and service for the vehicles of the Mercedes-Benz and smart brands in the German market with around 1,000 employees. About 50,000 employees provide the best possible support for our customers at around 1,000 sales and service points throughout Germany. In the Team HR Projects Horizon & Labour Policy Retail of the Human Resources Division, you tax compensation and tariff promotions for approx. 8000 employees in the German private distribution of Mercedes-Benz AG. In addition, you accompany the sales of operating units within the Horizon project by ensuring the provision of the required data in high quality through the further development of intelligent data models and IT tools. Become part of our team at the Berlin site and make a decisive contribution to the further development of German sales. You are particularly responsible for the following topics & tasks: Tariff headings Individually responsible implementation of tariff increases for 12 tariff areas

Management of compensation actions such as Christmas money seller, holiday allowance

clarification of labour law interpretation issues with internal lawyers

Updating and maintaining a tariff database

accompanying communicative measures

Project Horizon Calculation of drawback compensation and anniversaries for each transaction

Developing and optimizing analysis tools (knime, Power BI, VBA)

Care of the business units to be sold in compensation-relevant questions

Performance assessment costing and implementation of the holistic management and compensation process for the German self-sales

Progress Tracking about PowerBI

Support of sites in budget planning

settlement of occupational pensions Self-responsible control of the precautionary service provider

Coordination Individual topics with Allianz and internal finance

In addition, you will represent the pay billing interface and develop our internal processes for payment data based on our central data source (HReData).

Your qualifications: completed economic/technical studies or comparable training/qualification; Priority Remuneration or Data Analytics desirable Very good IT skills with focus on Excel, PowerBI and KNIME Experience in project and stakeholder management Multiannual experience in personnel and/or controlling experience of advantage Own Retail knowledge of advantage Personal competencies: Self-conceptive and process-intensive operation Strategic-analytical thinking capacity and implementation strength Embossed number affinity and communication strength High commitment, team capacity, sovereign appearance and persuasiveness Additional information: It is a temporary agency for 2 years.
