Total responsibility: The economic, personnel and operational management of the branch in Berlin-Reinickendorf is in your hands. The further growth rate is actively involved. Leadership & Development: You lead, develop and motivate a well-established team of 4 employees and advance the strategic expansion of the site. Project management: The control and further development of fire protection projects takes place taking into account technical, legal and economic conditions. Budget & Controlling: Responsibility for budget planning, monthly financial statements and the continuous analysis of economic indicators are also part of the task. Customers & Markt: Existing customer relationships are specifically expanded, new customers are won and the location is actively positioned in the Berlin market. Quality & Compliance: Compliance with quality, safety and business standards is ensured at any time. Market Development & Reporting: Market trends and potentials are continuously analysed and the development of the branch is regularly reported to the management.

Qualification & Background: A technical or economic study (e.g. civil engineering, utility technicians (m/w/d) in building equipment (TGA), fire protection, industrial engineering), a master craft qualification or a comparable training form the basis. Experience & leadership skills: Multi-year professional experience in fire protection, construction or TGA environment as well as leadership experience. Entrepreneurial thinking: decision-making strength, sense of responsibility and joy in building and further development characterize your profile. Appearance & Communication: Your profile is rounded off by a secure appearance against customers, partners and employees as well as a pronounced communication strength.
