Factory controller (m/f/d)

Responsibility for controlling the production area, in particular production cost calculation, cost base and overhead cost accounting Implementation of the monthly financial statements in SAP incl. Maintenance of material master data and internal orders Determination and maintenance of hourly and overhead cost surcharges for production lines Analysis of production and overhead cost deviations, derivation and implementation of optimization measures together with the departments Business Partner for trade and production related issues in close cooperation with factory management, production, purchasing and group controlling Creation of cost-effectiveness and investment calculations and monitoring of implementation and success Development and monitoring of key figures (KPIs) for controlling the performance of works and production Ensuring compliance with controlling standards, support in audits, special analyses, and perspective adoption of the Global Key User Function for SAP CO

completed commercial training or bachelor's degree in economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (at least 5 years) in the factory, production or operation controlling of an industrial company, ideally in series production Very good understanding of production processes, cost structures and value chains within ERP systems Embossed analytical skills, high number affinity and a structured, independent way of working Hands-on mentality, strong implementation and pragmatic approach in daily business Secure handling of SAP (in particular CO) and MS Excel High communication strength and the ability to convey commercial facts clearly and understandably Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
