Reference number: 399183 Guide the technical and infrastructural teams in your objects including Planning of operations Monitoring all technical processes including Quality assurance Ensure the efficiency of your facility management tasks income and cost control as well as responsibility for keeping the budget Completion of existing contractual relations Communicate with clients and authorities Coordinate and tax all services to your FM customers Your location is in Rheinfelden (Baden). Multiannual professional experience (approximately 2-5 years) in technical facility management or in a comparable technical environment Detectional experience in a leadership or coordination role (e.g. team management, object responsibility, shift or deployment planning) training as a mechatronic for refrigeration technology with valid cold certificate, or as a state-tested technician in the field of refrigeration technology or a comparable qualification. You have already instructed colleagues or want to take the next step towards leadership Very good understanding of technical and infrastructural processes in buildings Experience in the chemical industry desirable Safe handling of MS Office and knowledge in CAFM systems Organisational strength, enforcement capacity and structured functioning Embossed communication skills, sense of responsibility and customer-oriented thinking A formal qualification as a master, technician or engineer is not absolutely necessary if appropriate practical experience is available.
