Customer service for the Berlin location (m/f/d)

Trisor GmbH was founded in 2019 with the aim of offering its customers 24/7 access to a secure storage location for material items. From our point of view, physical objects such as peas, jewelry, crypto wallets, as well as memories and important documents, whether material or ideal, should be protected at any time. In order to meet this requirement, we operate an innovative concept of high-security struts with automated locker systems, which are controlled with the help of installed robotics and managed with specially developed software, so that our private and business customers have access to their lockers at any time. Our customers are to feel safe and comfortable at any time in our highly equipped locations in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Nuremberg, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart by our personal customer service and 24/7 security personnel. At our location in Bachstraße 12, 10555 Berlin, as well as online via a workplace designed for this purpose, you are the face and the good first impression of Trisor You take consulting appointments in our showroom and convince customers of our lockers by authenticating our product – you also like to use your sales skills and tools You familiarize our customers with the use of our system during your first visit: our so-called unlocking You are happy to be there as a contact person for our customers and take care of all their concerns: personally on site, in writing or by phone Within the core working hours (opening times of the site) you are 4 or 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday on site (not every weekend, as there are at least two employees per site and always with a lot of planning)

Cross-comers from all areas are welcome Ideally, you have experience in direct customer contact via different channels and pleasure in it You care about good ways of handling and have a polite yet safe appearance in contact with customers You have very good communicative skills and like to think with You have very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing Experience in using ticketing and support tools such as e.g. Hubspot or Zendesk are advantageous, but no need Employment in full or part-time (32h) possible
