• They actively contribute to the production of structures in the automotive sector
• Responsible for the bonding, drilling and grinding of components
• They perform quality controls

• They have good craftsmanship
• Training in crafts is ideal, but no requirement
• They are team-ready and are happy to work in the team
• They are ready for shiftwork (spring and late)
• Their operation is characterized by reliability and accuracy
