This makes this job interesting for me: 50Hertz is one of the four transmission system operators (ÜNB) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. We build and operate the East German high-voltage network. We are in the middle of an ambitious investment program with many new assets and technologies. In my role as a digitalization manager, I help the teams to introduce modern geoinformation system solutions (GIS/BIM) and to make a digitalized and smooth transition from building projects into operation. My tasks: coordination and prioritization of business requirements in relation to GIS/BIM from operating areas with IT, cooperation (optionally also guidance) in the product team of the central ArcGIS plate form at 50Hertz, Working in implementing the data strategy, securing clear data responsibilities and establishing a data mesh concept for asset data.
