Overview and organization ''for what comes''! Mise en Place before the ''Abend-Rush'' Consultation with the team last looking look (Kerzen, Blumen, Musik, ...) Guest reception & placement professional service for food and beverages - Wine recommendations Leading your own station with a mindful eye to the trainees Create guest bill and billing Restaurant preparation = preparation for the nice colleagues in the morning
