Support of the department manager ERP in implementing projects in the field of SAP quality management and customer service Forming the interface function from the ERP department to the management functions and the employees of the departments Advising the departments in the optimization & adaptation of SAP quality management and customer service processes Planning, organizing and organizing regular meetings with quality management and customer service Building and maintaining the interface function to external service providers and system providers for SAP quality management and customer service Preparation of decision templates for department management and support of department manager ERP in his tasks Participation in the preparations for the transition to SAP S/4 Head of (partial) projects in SAP Quality Management and Customer Service

Complete studies in the field of computer science, engineering or comparable qualification in SAP Inhouse Consulting Multiannual professional experience in the field of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 as well as in the areas of quality management and customer service First experiences with SAP FIORI and SAP workflows of advantage Basic knowledge of ABAP programming as well as experience in SAP Basic optional Embossed analytical thinking capacity as well as a solution-oriented approach in error analysis and troubleshooting Teamability, communication strength as well as an independent and self-responsible way of working and willingness to actively shape and advance change processes High service and support orientation as well as joy in cooperation with specialist areas as well as high levels of commitment, commitment and initiative Motivation for continuous professional and personal training
