Workshop Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary management of our workshop. You ensure the operational and traffic safety of the entire fleet. You coordinate and monitor maintenance, repair and maintenance work on our buses. You are responsible for compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards and quality guidelines. You control the workshop processes and optimize processes for quality, efficiency and costs. You support fault diagnosis and technically demanding repairs. You coordinate the procurement of spare parts and equipment. You document workshop processes and ensure proper tracking of all works.

You have a completed training in the motor vehicle craft, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector, as well as a successfully completed further training for the motor vehicle master. You have several years of professional experience in the workshop or commercial vehicle environment. You bring leadership experience and understand how to motivate and develop employees. You have profound knowledge of the maintenance and repair of modern commercial vehicles including electric vehicles. You are characterized by a high degree of sense of responsibility, organisational skill and enforcement. You work structured, solution-oriented and economically. Ideally, you have qualifications in the field of safety testing, exhaust gas testing, speedometer testing and a certificate of expertise for air conditioning systems. You will also keep an overview in challenging situations and have a high level of quality for your work. You have secure computer knowledge and are routined in handling common workshop and diagnostic software as well as the relevant MS Office applications. .
