Design and negotiate complex contracts for the supply and construction of ships, boats and composite parts in Germany and worldwide as well as other project-related contracts with suppliers, service providers and subcontractors Advising the corporate functions involved in project realization on all legal issues Legal support for Contract/Claim Management (release and defence of claims related to project contracts) and close coordination with the operational departments/project participants Support for judicial proceedings in cooperation with external law firms Conducting internal training and workshops on legal issues related to tasks
