In this position you actively shape and develop our recruiting process at our location in Halle/Westphalia. In detail, your tasks include: Support and advice of our specialist areas in the development and implementation of the recruiting strategy Own-sponsored support of the entire recruitment process for specific areas at the site Selection of relevant recruiting channels as well as active identification and address of qualified candidates: Preparation, implementation and follow-up of competence-based interviews Individual advice and advice of the candidate:in the entire recruiting process to ensure a sustainable positive Candidate Experience Coordination and implementation of contract negotiations including supply and contract creation in cooperation with HR department Continuous network expansion and ongoing relationship management in the candidate market and participation in recruiting events

Graduate degree in Business Administration, (Economic)Psychology or Human Resources At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting High empathy and pronounced communication skills Agility and flexibility to respond quickly to changes in our dynamic work environment Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview in a global, process-driven environment Self-employed, careful and self-responsibility German and English language skills in word and writing Safe handling of common IT tools
