Consultant Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for our real estate portfolio in all commercial matters – from ongoing administration to strategic development. Rent, service and other property-related contracts are taxable and keep their economic and legal framework in mind. You are the first person to contact our tenants, coordinate their concerns and responsible for the production and testing of operating and auxiliary cost accounting. The rental of our office space is a complete form – from marketing to sightseeing to handovers and acceptances. With a sound budget planning, meaningful reporting and business evaluations, you provide the management with a reliable basis for decision-making. Together with the team, you are driving forward the modernisation of our media locations and bringing your ideas into operational and strategic real estate projects.

You have a successfully completed study or alternatively a completed training as a real estate businessman (d/m/w). Ideally, you already have professional experience in the real estate sector – especially in the management of commercial real estate. Team spirit, communication strength, and a safe appearance characterize you and make you a reliable response. You think analytic, work structured and keep an overview of complex issues.
