Leadership and development of a dedicated team of currently 8 employees to support decentralised shutdowns and key account management in customer development, customer service processes, reporting, services, in-house logistics and RFID systems Support for the achievement of customer and development objectives in close coordination with business objectives deriving and implementing targeted measures to strengthen customer loyalty and sustainable growth of existing customer relationships Strategic and conceptual development of pricing for all customer segments Planning and implementation of user training for our commercial-excellence tools Cooperation with the development of the tool and data landscape to increase efficiency and to support decision-making Initiation and management of projects for the continuous development of the Customer Management area Preparation and implementation of regular management and strategy updates at management level Active development of sales and business development, including the success of strategic initiatives

Multiannual experience in a leading position in customer management, sales or in a comparable function, e.g. as team leader/team lead (m/w/d) Experience in leadership, development and mobility of teams with a real sense for people Knowledge of the development of customer binding and customer development strategies Very good understanding of pricing strategies and economic relationships Experience in project management as well as in the management of transnational initiatives Communication strength at all levels up to management Affinity for digital tools, reporting systems and data analysis Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, VBA and Power BI Didactic skill in the communication of knowledge, e.g. training or coaching Static and conceptual thinking combined with a high degree of implementation Self-responsible, solution-oriented mode of work and joy in moving something Readiness to travel
