Asklepios Technik Hamburg GmbH is a subsidiary of Asklepios Kliniken Hamburg GmbH and responsible for the infrastructural services in the field of medical technology, operating technology, garden and landscape construction.

Own-responsibility of the non-destructive operation of the plants, taking into account the current rules, state of the art, and the specific conditions and requirements of the respective users in the functional areas Coordination and documentation of preventive maintenance with the use of specialist personnel Planning, monitoring, coordination, verification, and implementation and function of change-related systems with external service providers Administrative tasks such as performance management of external works Regulated participation in the central interference with forwarding of orders to all plants Monitoring of the service business in compliance with the Arb-SchG Termination and logging of recurring audits in coordination with external service providers and monitoring authorities Technical support for the KB-Bau Planning and implementation of smaller projects Handling and care with our CAFM System

You are learned installer heating / ventilation / sanitation or Master or have a comparable training Good knowledge of sanitary, heating and climate Experience in employee management and motivation Computer identifiers Consultancy and negotiation competence Communication You bring with you the willingness to support work
