You want to get started in the Food Management area? Start your dual studies with the appropriate practical partner. Experience our dual study with virtual courses on two days a week. Then deepen your knowledge using our interactive learning materials. Our two cafés in Freiburg stand for handmade coffee creations, regional (bio) products and a warm atmosphere. We offer our guests a varied breakfast offer and fine treats from our own small pastry. Our company is very diverse and consists of its own coffee roastery with online shop, gastronomy with 2 cafés, a coffee school, catering and events. We place great emphasis on quality, sustainability and harmonious coexistence.

Become part of our team and start with us on April 1, 2025. You will complete your studies at the IU International University virtual campus. Here you will be taught live and interactive about video conferencing and have access to digital learning materials. You are not bound to a campus - so you get the greatest possible flexibility and can learn self-determined.
