Technical system planner – specialising in supply and equipment technology (m/f/d)

As a technical system planner, you are an integral part of our TGA team and work closely with our engineers, technicians and project managers. Their tasks include in particular: Creation and processing of plan documents for heating, ventilation and sanitation systems Creation of floor plans, schemes, cuts and detail drawings graphical and technical processing of our plans in the various phases of the HOAI Participation in the planning of new construction, reconstruction and repair measures Support for technical calculations and mass determinations Coordination of technical installations with architecture, structural planning and further technical planning Introduction of planning results and changes from project and coordination meetings Participation in inventory and documentation of existing technical installations structured preparation, maintenance and management of the planning documents Our work as a general planner gives you a direct insight into the relationships between architecture, building technology and other specialist planning.

You have: a completed training as a technical system planner (w/m/d), specialist in supply and equipment technology, technical designer or comparable technical training technical and spatial understanding Knowledge of the planning of building installations safe handling of CAD programs Interest in digital and model-based planning a careful, structured and independent operation Joy in cooperation in an interdisciplinary planning team Responsibility and reliability good knowledge of German in word and writing Professional experience in technical building equipment as well as knowledge of BIM-based planning or corresponding planning programs are advantageous. Applicants with completed training and first professional experience are also expressly welcome.
