In this role you take a central role in our Berlin tax team. You combine operational responsibility in ongoing tax support with the collaboration of demanding structuring and transaction projects. Supporting predominantly medium-sized clients in tax, commercial and business issues, in particular technology, venture capital, real estate and family offices Professional responsibility as a team leader for financial accounting, financial statements and tax declaration Review and quality assurance of accounting, annual accounts and tax returns Participation in tax structuring projects, restructuring, due diligence checks and transactions (M&A and real estate) Close interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues from Corporate/VC, Real Estate and IP/IT Designing digital and efficient processes in tax consulting
Successfully completed tax consultant exams At least three years of professional experience, ideally in tax compliance and tax structuring / transaction consulting Funded knowledge in financial statements, tax declaration and ongoing mandate support Interest in technology, VC, real estate and transactions Digital affinity and desire to actively shape technological developments in tax consulting Joy of team responsibility, client contact and interdisciplinary cooperation Structured, independent and entrepreneurial Good English knowledge of word and writing
