Operations Manager Building Cleaning (m/f/d)

This expects you-customer support and contact for large customers

• Contact person and care for object managers
• Organisation and coordination of new and existing orders
• Training of employees in technology, safety and environmental protection
• Personal planning and management for efficient workflows
• Monitoring budget and costs to optimize processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and processes
• Cooperation with the branch manager and the various departments

This distinguishes you from vocational training as a building cleaner master (w/m/d) or several years of management experience in the field of building cleaning

• Commercial understanding of budget planning and controlling
• Team leadership skills and ability to motivate employees
• Communication strength and customer-oriented appearance
• High self-initiative and organizational ability
• Experience in handling Microsoft Office and digital tools
