Senior Project Manager – Regulatory Projects & Audits (m/f/d)

Regulatory projects: You are responsible for managing regulatory projects including planning, control, controlling and reporting Project management and commitment: You actively and consistently tax all project participants. You're forgetting binding work packages, setting deadlines and ensuring their timely implementation Coordination of oversight audits: you coordinate and manage regulatory audits, from structured preparation to complete follow-up Deficiencies and compliance: You follow the complete processing of audit findings with clear responsibilities, binding implementation dates and reliable evidence Escalation management: You recognize the need for action early and escalate independently and consistently Structures and standards: You establish a binding project structure with clear processes, skills and standards as a basis for an effective, qualitatively high-quality and audit-proof project sequence Communication and stakeholder management: You will ensure a structured, timely and well-founded communication against bodies, the board and supervisory authorities

Studies: completed studies of economics, finances, legal sciences, economic information and a comparable degree programme Professional experience: long-term experience in project management, ideally at least eight years, of which several years in regulatory or compliance projects at a bank, stock exchange, a financial service provider or advice Examination experience: demonstrable experience in coordination of audits and the processing of audit findings Regulatorics: sound knowledge in the regulatory environment, in particular DORA, KWG, MaRisk and other relevant regulations Stakeholder communication: sovereign appearance and communication strength at all hierarchical levels – from specialist to superior Working methods: very structured, solution-oriented working methods with high quality and responsibility Language skills: knowledge of German and English in word and writing
