Ensuring the smooth work and service process at night cordial reception of our international guests and check-in and check-out professional complaint management Ensuring effective communication with other departments Safety Tours at the Hotel Ensuring the proper night running at the reception as well as creating the daily accounts and reports Preparation work for day service Introduction and guidance of new employees and trainees at night service

completed vocational training in the hotel or completion of a comparable study first professional experience at the front office, ideally in luxury hotels well-maintained forms of handling, competent appearance and positive radiation Fun at work in the team and in the hotel industry organised and structured and independent working methods fast understanding, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
