Other focal points of the house are minimally invasive surgery, gastroenterology as part of visceral medicine, cardiology and HNO. Comprehensive patient care: You provide a wide range of internally and cardiologically ill patients, as well as postoperative cases in the fields of general surgery, HNO, orthopaedics, trauma and spinal surgery, vascular surgery and angiology in the intensive care unit with 12 beds. Technical and disciplinary management: You take responsibility for the nursing team of the intensive care unit. Coordination and control: You organize nursing and organizational processes in close cooperation with the care service management. Promoting cooperation: You actively contribute to a positive operating climate and support interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments. Support and administration: You work closely with station and service assistants and ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards. Direct participation: You actively participate in direct patient care and contribute to the further development of quality management.

You have completed training as a health and nursing agent(m/w/d) and have corresponding professional and leadership experience. Ideally, you will bring a completed study with a focus on care management or a further education in the field of station management. You have experience in dealing with utilities such as ATOSS, hospital information systems such as ORBIS and ideally SAP. You appreciate flat hierarchies, short decision-making and are happy to work in multi-professional teams. You lead your team goal- and result-oriented, are team-ready as well as friendly and binding in appearance. You can prove a valid measles immunization.
