As Senior Expert DevSecOps (m/w/d), you actively shape the technical and strategic orientation of your product. You take professional responsibility in one of the three main focuses - development, security or operations - and you are a key player in the team. You work closely with colleagues from the entire digital value chain - both nationally and internationally. What awaits you: As Senior Expert DevSecOps DXL (m/w/d), you take over the operation, monitoring and deployment of the DXL Microservice platform in the AWS cloud, as well as implementing monitoring mechanisms and CI/CD pipelines. You take the analysis and elimination of complex disorders as well as the coordination of improvement measures and the management of Major Incidents along with the delivery units, test teams, security and infrastructure teams. You develop modern, cloud-native microservices based on Java, Spring Boot, REST and design software implementations with focus on scalability, resilience and performance. You check compliance with Cyber Security Guidelines for Development and Operation and conduct specific actions from the Vodafone Security regulations. You perform Security Assessments and PenTests and document Findings (SecRDDs). You can also coordinate the activities of Security Incidents and Audits. You work in Communities of Practice and take on deputy management functions and collaboration in the disciplines Software Development, Testing, Cyber Security or Application Operations and communicate at work and management level (AL/GL/MA) within the IT organization.

What distinguishes you: Successfully completed (special) university studies in computer science, engineering, mathematics or natural sciences or comparable training. At least 8 years of professional experience in IT - ideally in DevOps, development or security roles. Very good understanding of complex IT landscapes and their connections as well as profound experience with CI/CD toolchains (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), as well as profound knowledge in the development with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST, Kafka. Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Helmet), as well as safe handling of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code' (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) as well as knowledge in script and programming languages such as Bash, Python or PowerShell. Good experience with monitoring tools log analysis (e.g. Grafana, Splunk, Datadog). Trusts with DevSecOps principles such as “Shift Left Security”, automated security tests and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR). Certifications such as Certified DevSecOps Professional, AWS Security Specialty, CISSP or CKA/CKAD are advantageous Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe as well as willingness to train and raise teams in security issues and DevSecOps processes.

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
