Responsibility for the administration and operation of the hybrid IT environment with a focus on identity and access management on systems and applications (Active Directory, AD-Sync and Entra-ID) Management of identities, groups and permissions as well as ensuring safe and smooth access to applications and systems (SSO, IdP, Conditional Access) Optimization and support of our collaboration and communication platforms (M365) for the digital workplace Administration and further development of client management (Intune, Baramundi) Support for the integration and further development of hybrid IT landscapes Active participation in migrations and modernisation projects (e.g. cloud transformations or system separation) Analysis and elimination of complex disturbances within the framework of the 2nd level support for Windows 11 systems Proactive development and optimization proposals for existing IT services

Successfully completed training as a specialist informant or comparable IT qualification At least 1 year of professional experience as a system administrator, ideally in the cloud environment Good knowledge of cloud and tenant administration, identity and authorization management, hybrid IT infrastructures and the administration of Windows and Linux servers Experience in handling virtual system landscapes and modern IT workstations Self-learning competence, structured and independent working, reliability, loyalty and high trustworthiness Embossed service orientation, team capacity, solution orientation as well as a friendly appearance and good handling forms Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
