Senior HR Specialist (m/w/d)

Carglass® Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2.450 employees, including over 1,700 specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 550 employees work at the head office in Cologne, with around 200 employees working at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company operates around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and helps drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 370 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. To support the People area, we are looking for an unlimited period and at the earliest possible time Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You take care of the operational implementation of HR position and change measures. You are responsible for employment contracts (e.g. contract creation and changes, absences, exits, certificates) and provide all relevant data in our HR systems, especially Workday You ensure smooth communication as well as compliance with all formal processes with our co-determination bodies and start operating council hearings You are the first respondent to our colleagues: in all operational HR topics – from recruitment to retirement You work closely with our HR Business Partners:inside, the recruiting team and Payroll You support projects, introduce your ideas and actively help optimize HR processes and systems You manage and maintain the personal files according to legal requirements You will ensure a smooth process in managing operations manager applications in coordination with the craft chambers You create regular reporting and evaluations

You have a commercial training with further training to/from the personnel specialist or a completed study with a focus on staff You have first professional experience in operational staff support/administration, ideally in a decentralized company You are safe in dealing with common office programs and have experience with HR systems (ideally Workday) You know as a service and service-oriented team player with convincing communicative skills and diplomatic skills You go to work with a good mood and have fun in operating activities You work structured, independent and proactive – and you enjoy trying new ways.
