Your qualifications Educational degrees: You have a completed medical degree with a specialist certificate and ideally have a further education authority. Professional experience: You bring a multi-year professional and leadership experience in a comparable position or work in a “second row” and want to take the step into overall responsibility.

Your personality You've been proven in your current position, understand leadership by motivating your team through your actions, have an excellent communication style and represent your decision using business data.

In your function as a leading occupational physician m/w/d, you will report directly to the managing director and working director of the clinic. With a multi-headed team, you have the overall responsibility for the medical service, set up your area modernly and digitally and expand the range of services. You act in close coordination with the management team and support your strategic actions with the help of business data. .
