Commercial Processing Service Contract Management (m/f/d)

Tepper Aufzüge GmbH is the largest manufacturer of elevator systems in North Rhine-Westphalia with nationwide locations. In addition to the distribution, construction, production and assembly of various elevator systems, a customer service is available for the care of existing elevator systems around the clock. You play a central role in the integration of business purchases and mergers. You support internal departments when it comes to efficiently controlling internal processes and developing tailor-made solutions in close cooperation with the various departments. Data preparation & analysis: Structured processing of large amounts of data, compilation of reports and decision bases. Data management & quality control: Continuous maintenance of data systems, ensuring data integrity and carrying out plausibility checks. Compensation of different data sources, identification of deviations and derivation of solutions. Project support in the M&A process Close cooperation with IT departments: coordination of technical requirements, interface management Support in the development of tools and data structures. Coordination & Communication: Coordination with internal departments, external partners.

You have completed commercial training and relevant professional experience in contract management. You have 2-3 years of professional experience, in a similar function Their analytical and conceptual capabilities are as strong as your process and solution orientation You are characterized by communicative skills and integrate effortlessly into different teams You have very good knowledge of MS Office products. You are ready to travel occasionally within Germany.
