Included in gastronomy, we operate a large kitchen (common catering), a canteen, a bistro and a catering and conference service. In the large kitchen in Mülheim we prepare about 7,000 food daily in the Cook & Chill process. In the Cologne area, we deliver these to primary, secondary and secondary schools. We work in mixed teams of people with and without disabilities. For our joint installation „IN VIA – Essen für Kinder“ in Cologne-Mülheim we are looking for a cook / beikoch (m/w/d) with an employment of 38.5 hours (Mo-Fr)

Your tasks: • Individually responsible preparation and preparation of food according to recipes • Operation of all kitchen appliances and machines and incorporation into the equipment technology • Initiating and promoting inclusive colleagues to ensure daily production and strengthen professional participation • Keeping HACCP hygiene and IN VIA quality standards • Cleaning, kitchen and material care

Take this with you: • Professional qualification as cook/cooking, co-cooking/cooking or experience in a large kitchen (common catering) desirable • Ideally experience in the initiation and promotion of people with disabilities or the willingness to work accordingly • Physical resilience, organizational ability, teamability • HACCP identifiers • Interest and joy in cooperation in a mixed team
