What does an environmental technology do with us? As an environmental technologist cleanses, you monitor and wait for the wastewater pipes and channels of the city of Oberhausen. You can check if pipes and basins are sealed and if necessary, you can make necessary repairs. For channel inspections, you use special cameras and remote controlled robots. With special devices, such as high-pressure suction and flushing vehicles, you can also remove impurities and deposits from the channels. You work mostly outdoors as well as in channel networks and the associated buildings.
