Your mission As a Process Engineer (m/f/d) SMT, you are looking for stable and high-quality SMT processes. You use inspection systems efficiently to prevent errors and tackle quality problems directly at the hands-on line. Separation processes are a relevant but not a leading part of your activity.

Exciting tasks await you

Development, optimization and stabilization of SMT processes (printing, equipping, reflow) Working on cutting processes (mills, lasers, saws) incl. Parameterization, quality topics and process improvements Care and development of inspection systems (SPI / AOI / AXI) – Creation/adjustment of programs – Parameterization and data-based optimization Takeover of quality responsibility for SMT-produced products Active, practical error analysis on line and product (including root cause analysis and implementation of measures) Processing and evaluation of inspection and process data for continuous improvement Creation of work instructions, standards and documentation Close cooperation with development, production, quality and maintenance

Complete studies in microsystems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in SMT processes, ideally incl. Inspection systems (SPI/AOI/AXI) Basic knowledge or first experience in the field of separation processes Structured, analytical and practical operation Communication strength in interdisciplinary, production-oriented teams High self-responsibility and willingness to independently investigate and resolve fault causes Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (B2 necessary)
