In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer advisor (m/w/d) for our institutional clients from Church and Caritas with a focus on payment solutions. Your tasks – with effect for our customers and the DKM You advise our church and caritative institutions on all topics relating to the processing and optimization of payment transactions with the aim of consolidating customer connections and building new customer connections. You are a contact person for all questions about payment products, interfaces and digital tools – and supports the implementation of new solutions. You recognize opportunities for innovative products and services, introduce your own ideas and accompany the implementation. You support our corporate customers in increasing efficiency, security and liquidity in administrative and payment issues. You analyze the management processes of our customers in the area of their financial and administrative processes (including wages and salary, donations), identify optimization potentials and develop tailor-made solutions. You know the relevant payment, donation and financial solutions on the market, e.g. Bsp. DATEV, Open Hearts, S-Firm and their strengths and weaknesses You work closely with other teams from other disciplines, represent the DKM inwards and outwards and are also present at specialist and network events. You're part of a dedicated team that has achieved more and supported each other.

Your profile – professionally sounded, humanly convincing: You have a completed bank training or a comparable qualification - ideally complemented by experience in payment, cash management and/or accounting/balancing. You have the pleasure of advising church and caritative facilities and ideally know their structures. You are communicative, you like to go actively to people and also recognize the not immediately obvious challenges. You work independently, solution-oriented and reliable – and are ready to develop yourself professionally and personally. You have a safe appearance, organizational talent and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. You identify yourself with the values of a cooperative specialty bank and enjoy team work.
