The designated body shall be occupied by the Infrastructure and Information Services department. In this department we are responsible for providing central services for the DLR project promoter. These include real estate management, archiving of project files and library management. Your tasks Accompanying the planning and design of new, extension and reconstruction measures and coordination of the return of rental areas assignment of internal and external service providers as well as follow-up of order processing and quality assurance Development of analyses, concepts and decision-making templates for the management, e.g. demand determination, cost and utility analysis of possible rental properties including Market analysis for the acquisition of rental properties and future-oriented workplace design and use of other areas, e.g. according to the criteria of “New Work” in cooperation with the Facility Management of the German Aerospace Center (DLR-FM) Examination of rental contract drafts, commenting on rental descriptions and signing-ready negotiation of commercial lease contracts in cooperation with the legal department and the DLR-FM Collection and validation of moving needs, advice on optimizing the area efficiency and occupancy planning as well as initiation and support of moves in cooperation with the DLR-FM Control and coordination of sustainable furniture management, collection and evaluation of needs, support of areas related to Comparing with the holdings and the initiation of procurement according to internal regulations and requirements for work ergonomics and data maintenance Operational coordination of (work) security measures in the organisation

completed university studies (FH/Bachelor) with a focus on business management, business lawyer, business engineer or comparable (VWA, EBS, IREBS); as an alternative to relevant vocational training and specialist training well-founded, long-term and relevant professional experience as well as specialist expertise in the field of activity Knowledge of the legal framework (commercial law, labour law, labour law) Knowledge of the guidelines for the implementation of construction tasks of the Federal Government Experience from the field of activity of the real estate industry, in particular knowledge about new workplace concepts The grouping takes place depending on the qualification and task transfer up to the pay group 11 TVöD.
