The Heidelberg Laureate Foundation is looking for a leadership in community engagement and stakeholder relations to further expand our activities at the interface between science and society. This position forms a central strategic area of the Foundation and contributes significantly to our mission to promote dialogue between generations, disciplines and cultures. The position is responsible for the strategic development of community engagement and stakeholder relations at HLFF. It strengthens the social dialogue on science, develops innovative formats, expands partnerships and represents the foundation to the outside. Implementation of a multi-year strategy for community engagement and the strategic development of stakeholder relations Conception and implementation of new formats at the interface of science and society Close cooperation with the HLFF teams for the coordinated implementation of activities and common objectives Management of stakeholders and building and maintaining strategic partnerships with scientific institutions, cultural enterprises, civil society actors and other stakeholders as well as the sovereign representation of the Foundation in external cooperation and at public events Budget planning, resource and personnel management

Completed MINT (promotion is of advantage) and many years of experience in public engagement, non-formal learning expressed strategic thinking with the ability to translate visionary ideas into concrete programs and effective formats; high creativity and innovation joy Impressed communication and collaboration capability in interdisciplinary teams and leadership experience Comprehensive experience in budget, resource and human resources management as well as strong expertise in identifying and developing funding and cooperation opportunities High identification with the core values of HLFF: scientific excellence, dialogue between generations and cultures, inspiration, social responsibility and interdisciplinary connection of science, society and culture
