Facility Management Clerk - PV Systems (m/f/d)

Introduction

Your tasks

As a specialist in facility management, you are responsible for system monitoring, troubleshooting and commissioning external service providers for smooth operation of our PV systems at our warehouse and store locations.

Concrete means:

• Monitoring the operator of PV systems
• Processing of disturbances via CAFM systems
• assignment and coordination of maintenance repair work by external partners
• Formula and objective examination of craft bills and maintenance contracts
• Contact person for questions about PV systems

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training
• High technical affinity (basic knowledge of electrical engineering)
• Very good Excel knowledge, knowledge of Google Sheets of advantage
• Self-employed and structured operation combined with a high interface orientation
• Strong communication skills, motivation and team skills
