Consultant Business Organization (m/f/d)

Core business: You control and develop the operating organization in the cleaning and are responsible for the creation of performance directories and the implementation of various quality controls for the performance of maintenance and glass cleaners. Building management: You prepare the organisation of larger stock accesses and work with the development of existing plant locations, including accompanying the necessary rebuilding measures and repairs and are in close cooperation with contracted companies. You will have the processing of building data, such as the requirement for asset and portfolio management, new building and/or Contract management always in view. Cooperation and communication: You form the communicative interface between the operating area and the administration such as, for example, object managers: inside, commercial management and personnel department and are in close contact with the management of cleaning. In addition, you actively promote our culture of good cooperation and mutual understanding. Concept and documentation: You develop a proper performance documentation, including completeness of evidence of maintenance and basic cleaning in the respective financial year. You support the commercial management in ensuring the timely and correct monthly wage billing in coordination with the personnel sector. Project & Process Management: You accompany, coordinate and take over projects and contribute significantly to the optimization of structures for better control and formulation of instructions. In addition, you are responsible for increasing efficiency, process optimization and the digitization of processes of business operations.
