Billing Building Construction (m/f/d)

You support the building management as a reliable right hand in the creation of scales and the timely billing of our building projects. You check the accounts of our after-contractors and prepare all relevant accounting documents, including supplementary and final accounts. You continuously document the progress of construction and create regular reference-actual comparisons in terms of costs, dates and performances. You take care of a pioneering large-scale construction site and accompany it over several years.

Completed training for the designer or construction technician The common technical standards and regulations (BGB/VOB) are familiar to you Good user knowledge in a billing software (e.g. iTWO), as well as in surveying and CAD applications Engaged, motivated collaboration and flexibility Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation
