You're hands-on, numbers-driven, and have a strong sense for inventory flows, demand patterns, and reliable supply? You enjoy accurate forecasts, stable stock levels, and smooth supplier communication? Then join us as an Operational Demand Planner / Buying Support! In this role, you support our Planning & Buying team operationally and ensure product availability across our supply chain. Working closely with your Team Lead, you help keep our planning processes precise, efficient, and future-proof.

Ready to perform? Your tasks with MAXXimum focus

Operational Focus Create, maintain, and update demand forecasts based on sales data, trends, and historical performance

Support operational purchasing activities: supplier inquiries, order processing, and delivery tracking

monitor inventory levels, minimum stock, and safety stock; prepare purchase recommendations

Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Customer Success, Logistics & Production to ensure a seamless product flow

Track delivery dates, production progress, and potential supply bottlenecks

Analyze deviations between forecasted and actual demand and support corrective measures

Use and maintain our demand-planning tools (e.g., SAP Business One, Streamline) to improve forecast accuracy

Support operational process improvements in planning, purchasing, and replenishment

Strategic Support Contribute to scenario analyses and data evaluations for Sales, eCommerce, and Finance

Support the further development of demand-planning processes and system enhancements

Identify smaller optimization opportunities across the supply chain

Participate in cross-functional projects focused on efficiency and digitalization

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a comparable field

Previous experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or Purchasing is a plus

Confident use of ERP systems and strong Excel skills

Basic knowledge of forecasting or planning tools (e.g., SAP B1, Streamline) is advantage

Strong analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers, and structured working style

High level of initiative, reliability, and enthusiasm for operational work

Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with internal teams and suppliers

Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work alignment in a fast-paced environment

Motivation to grow, improve processes, and contribute to a high-performing team

Very good English language skills
