Contract management: You set up and independently process contracts for flat-rate network connections in the electricity and gas divisions and accompany the associated workflows, network adaptations, sub-processes and system sinks. Connecting solutions: Contracts for changes to connections and network systems, power increases as well as multi-saving house introductions and standard house connection columns are also part of your versatile task. Order processing: You support the preparation of automated and manual orders for low-income standard network connections and align the necessary measures with customers, service providers, networking bodies and other areas involved. Service provider control: If necessary, you will participate in the service retrieval of external service providers, accompany their assignment and control and ensure a transparent feedback via the service provider portal in case of delays. Technical order support: Together with the technical contact persons on site, you keep the order status in mind and process feedback as well as documentation on dimensions, scale, construction and commissioning. In addition, you support the technical completion, master data maintenance, quality control and order reworking. Customers & Partners: In the direct exchange with installers, builders, architects, builders and our technicians, you are looking for a smooth cooperation and assisting in the clarification of invoices. Data & Processes: You document and provide technical data, support the reconciliation of contractually relevant information between Syna GmbH and Süwag Energie AG and thus contribute to a reliable data base. Network services: You contribute to the acquisition and processing of network services according to defined framework specifications and support our team in trade fairs and events.
