Coordination & Control: Responsible management, coordination and monitoring of all rehabilitation and modernisation measures Staff division: operational planning, management and support of the own construction site staff as well as control of external crafts and subcontractors Decision competence: decision-makers contact person for all technical questions on site Quality control: Ensuring quality of construction, timeliness and budget maintenance as well as final decline of the plants

Craft training with additional qualification (master or construction technician) Multiannual experience in the described area Cross-trade expertise (examples are carpenters, masons, tiles, SHK, electric) Experience in employee management High level of self-responsibility, readiness to use, flexibility and self-employment Very good computer skills driving licence class B Interest in varied tasks in an attractive working environment with a growing company?
