Our procurement volume is about 25 million. EUR p.a. For this we are looking for you as a speaker (m/w/d) in the procurement law, which is directly assigned to our department management and can assume an outstanding role within the team.

Economic and strategic procurement of supply and services according to public procurement regulations (national and pan-European) Implementation of needs and Market research and forecasting and analysis Design of contracts, including process integration, as well as expert and market-oriented discussions and negotiation with different stakeholders Further development and implementation of procurement strategies, including taking into account cost optimisation and sustainability aspects Takeover of our contractual controller

Degree in economic law, first legal state examination or comparable qualification Finded professional experience in the described area of responsibility Practical experience in conceptual design as well as in the realization of legal and economic awards Basic knowledge of GWB and VgV Safe handling of current MS Office applications and relevant online delivery platforms (e.g. cosinex) Further training Very strong strategic and economic thinking and independent working together with safe and proactive occurrence
