Your duties

• Preparing order negotiations
• Order preparation and monitoring
• Document tracking/tracking Customer documents
• Date tracking Suppliers/Monthly Progress Report
• Test planning/reporting Factory Acceptance Test
• Review Supplier information for component manuals of general project support
• They support the project manager PO1C in all areas of project execution
• They coordinate with all project participants and support the project in all necessary matters

Your profile

• They bring a successfully completed technical training, preferably in the field of electrical engineering.
• Multiannual professional experience in the field of technical project assistance for international installations, preferably in the field of energy production / energy transmission.
• You speak German and can communicate well in English in word and writing.
• They have deeper knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS Office products, especially EXCEL.
• Your profile is rounded off by good team and communication skills as well as high own initiative.
