Administrative care of all personal events along the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding Maintenance, management and ongoing updating of personal files and master data in the HR system Responsibility for the entire contract including creation, modification and termination of work contracts Compilation of certificates and qualified working and intermediate certificates Maintenance and management of working time models and absences in the HR system Support in reporting and certification (e.g. authorities, social security institutions) Support for communication with competent craft chambers Active cooperation on HR projects, in particular in the areas of digitalization, process optimization and further development of HR structures

completed commercial training with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience in personnel handling or in the HR environment, preferably in a dynamic working environment Very good knowledge of working law and safe application in the operating HR everyday Quick conception, independent operation and willingness to take over responsibility and initiative Structured, efficient operation and high affinity for digital tools and processes Experience with HR software (e.g. Personio) of advantage; high readiness for learning in new systems is absolutely necessary Careful, reliable and organized work – even with parallel tasks, you keep an overview Impressed communication strength, team orientation and a solution-oriented and professional attitude
