For our team we are looking for an experienced specialist (m/w/d), who has several years of experience in sales management and wants to actively shape the future of our sales with analytical strength and implementation competence. Depending on your experience, your interests and strengths, you take a focus within our sales management – for example in sales management, segment management, or at the interfaces between both tasks. Your job - so you shape our future Data analysis: You analyze customer, sales and business data, derive concrete control impulses for our sales areas and prepare these addressees for our management. Reporting: You are responsible for the operation of existing sales control instruments, key payment systems and reporting, and you are continuously developing them and ensuring effective sales control. Success control: You have a look at the development of our sales successes and, together with your colleagues, guide recommendations for management. Interface Management: You act as a strategic link between staff and sales units. In doing so, you promote cross-departmental cooperation and boost the continuous development of our sales. Planning & Control: In close cooperation with your colleagues in the areas of corporate management and treasury, you take on responsibilities in the planning process as well as in terms management. Customer selection & campaign control: Together with our campaign managers, you develop targeted customer selections for sales measures and develop our data-based analysis and control approaches in terms of content. Your profile – so you can introduce yourself: Qualification: You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration or Economics. Alternatively, you have completed a further qualification (sufficient studies or further training) after your training as a banker/woman. You also have a high affinity for data and evaluations. Practical experience: Multiannual professional experience in sales management or a sales-related control unit of a bank, savings bank or a comparable financial service provider complete your profile. In addition, you have already managed sales projects and measures independently and successfully accompanied them to the operational implementation. Technical know-how: A professional handling of MS-Office products is obvious to you. You have experience dealing with BI and reporting tools, ideally SAP Business Objects. Experiences with SQL, Access or comparable database systems are advantageous. Working: Through your analytical thinking and your structured way of working, you are able to solve complex questions. Personal characteristics: You combine conceptual strength with a high implementation orientation and understand how to combine different interests into sustainable solutions. Your communication behavior is safe, binding and convincing. Your Benefits Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is rated with pay group 12, i.e. within the tariff level model, depending on the professional experience, in a range from 61,000 to 95,000 € per year. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services, such as the annual special payment or special savings banks, are also paid.
