Account Manager (m/w/d)

As Account Manager (m/w/d), you sell standard products, catalog solutions and add-ons to existing customers, as well as to new customers (acquisition) in a dedicated sales area. You are responsible for the sales and target achievement in your assigned sales area. You make sure that a high presence, effective customer support and loyalty to Vodafone is guaranteed in your area. you analyze the sales area and qualify customer contacts; you analyze and acquire new customer potential and exploit the existing customer potential; you reduce the churn rate. You carry out customer needs analysis, taking into account the competitive conditions (price analyses, complementary requirements).

What distinguishes you: Graduate and completed commercial training as a minimum requirement, ideally completed university studies 1-2 years of professional experience in the distribution of telco or hardware/software/IT products Good technical knowledge Independent work Sales-oriented thinking & acting Good capacity for crisis management
