• You independently advise (a wealthy) private and corporate customers: within the banks and the Alliance in the field of life insurance and pension provision and develop them through cross- and up-selling. • With your very good knowledge in the field of life insurance, you treat our customers optimally, in case of questions about e.g. health insurance or property insurance, you transfer them to your specialized colleagues. • Through independent, personal and qualified inventory work, you can expand existing customer connections even further. • You provide the bank advisor with our sales approaches, professional know-how and the methodology for holistic, customer-oriented consulting and support them in the systematic approach and transfer of the customers to us.

That's what you bring

• You have a completed external service training (IHK examination) or comparable training, such as BWV ID, insurance businessman or insurance specialist. • You have very good knowledge and possibly even a specialist training in life insurance. • You have been in sales for several years and show a strong customer orientation. • You are characterized by targeted entrepreneurial thinking and action. • You show great initiative and do your To Dos with great commitment. • You win people quickly for you and enjoy sharing with others. • You like to develop further and constant training is therefore important to you, because you want to stay on the ball. • The mixture makes: you like to work on site (in presence or with our customers) as well as digitally and you also know you great with Microsoft Office.
