tackling tasks: controlling the implementation, optimization issues with our customer in relation to subcontractors; Identification and addressing of subcontractors and cross-division process improvements and cost savings Analytical procedure: development of customized solutions for the successful implementation of our services on site at our customer; Identification of critical process weaknesses in cooperation with colleagues Promoting progress: enhancing quality and monitoring and continuous improvement of processes; Care and further development of the existing CAFM system Living in cooperation: Interface to the departments of the various plants Electro / MSR, Mechanics, HKLS as well as master services Take responsibility: Introduction and monitoring of appropriate measures

Education: Technical training (e.g. electronics, electricians, plant mechanics HKLS) with training as technician or master (m/w/d); alternatively studies in the field of supply technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, technical building management; commercial training Experience: Ideally desirable in the service industry in theory and practice as well as several years of professional experience Working method: Embossed economic thinking and a service-oriented and structured working method Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing Knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office
